I N T E R P A G E Network Services Inc. ============================================================================ Service Update, Sat, May 20, 1995 [] Mail Reforwarding now available -------------------------------------- Hello! [] A number of users have asked us if it were possible for them to send mail "through" Interpage, that is, to create a system where mail would appear to come from Interpage, so that the recipient could use the REPLY function and have mail sent directly to Interpage. This would be useful if you do not or can not forward mail from your "main" or "home" system to Interpage for paging/faxing/reforwarding, or for access via Intertalk. By allowing users to "pass" mail through Interpage to their desired destinations, the recipients are able to reply to Interpage and AFTER the mail comes to Interpage it can be reforwarded to whatever account(s) an Interpage user normally reads his/her mail at. Therefore, if you would like the recipients of your mail to be able to REPLY to your Interpage address, you may now send mail through our mail reforwarding system. To use our system, you will need to select a 5 digit numeric password, and send mail in the following format: To: -mail-@interpage.net Subject: . Thus, if "joe@interpage.net" selects password "12345", and wants to have jane@cat.dog reply to his mail via Interpage, he would: 1. Send to: joe-mail-12345@interpage.net 2. And place in the Subject: jane@cat.dog Hi Jane! This is a test! ...and the mail will be forwarded THROUGH Interpage to the desired recipient, who will then be able to reply directly to Interpage. To activate mail reforwarding, send mail to "help@interpage.net", with your desired 5-digit numeric password, and we will set up mail reforwarding for you. If you are interested in using this service at no extra charge please mail to the above address or call, and we will be happy to set you up! 950520-1
