Interpage offers a variety of operator dispatch and voicemail
options which allow you to be messaged on your current or Interpage provided
pager with a text message from your callers. Both PIN access
or unique, personal, non-shared 888/877/866 toll-free access numbers are available.
Alternately, if you have your own operator dispatch or answering service, or
pager voicemail notification, they/it may be able to connect to Interpage and
we will be able to offer similar services using your existing operator dispatch
company; please inquire for details.
All Operator Dispatch and voicemail plans are priced in addition to any of the
currently available Interpage service plans as an add-on feature. Thus, to add
just the operator and/or voicemail to e-mail/pager/fax service, pick the Operator/Voicemail
service option from the options
list which best suits your needs, and then add $10 per month to the price
plan. (The $10 is the cost of Basic service, eg, the lowest cost service plan
to which operator services may be added).
TAP/IXO Self-Dispatch to email, pagers, cellphones, international mobiles and POTS phones using the OutVoice(sm) service is also available without any Operator Services. Your modem and/or central modem server may utilize the TAP/IXO protocol to dispatch pages and messages to Interpage's TAP/IXO port, which are then converted to e-mail and sent to configurable destination e-mails, pagers, cellphones, international mobiles, and POTS lines via OutVoice. Emergency response departments, 24 hour "on-call" personnel, and other services which require an alternate to Internet access can benefit from Interpage's TAP/IXO Gateway to facilitate the dissemination of time-critical messages when Internet connectivity is down or otherwise inoperative.

Interpage's Operator Dispatch and Voicemail Dispatch allow you to:
* Receive messages on your text
(or numeric) pager(s) from callers without e-mail access, WWW access, etc.,
who need a way to reach you by dictating a simple message to an operator
or leaving a voicemail which will be transcribed to a text message.
* Not worry about access and per-use charges which many other carriers charge:
All Interpage operator dispatch and voicemail dispatch plans are either
unlimited or offer a generous 10,000 received messages per month.
* Connect any pager, either one you currently own, one
from any paging company, or an alpha-capable cellular telephone or GSM SMS
International mobile to the dispatch service(s).
* Have callers leave operator or voicemail messages via a Toll-Free
800 or 888 number at no cost to them. (A non-800 number is available for
international access or if you do not want callers to be able to message
you for free.)
* Retrieve any messages you may have missed by calling into the Operator
Service and having an operator send you missed pages (all operator pages
are numbered for reference), or calling into your personal unlimited use
voicemail box and listening to messages which have been left for you and
transcribed to your pager
* Have pages sent to one or more pagers, and or screen, filter,
and direct your pages based upon the content of the message
* Have pages sent to one or more e-mail addresses. You
may also send e-mail to others using the operator by designating recipients
in your Interpage account who are mailed to when you so indicate to the
operator or in a voicemail message
* Have pages sent to one or more fax machines

Operator Dispatch with a PIN Code:
Callers call our general Toll-Free 800 access number (or local number if your
callers are outside of the US/Canada), and are greeted by an operator who answers
"Interpage Operator Dispatch, may I have your PIN number please?".
Your callers provide a 3-digit PIN number (which you may select based upon availability)
and dictate their message to the operator. Shortly after they finish, the message
will appear on your pager(s), e-mail, and/or fax. You may configure who and
what receives operator pages based on a series of screens and schedules. All
messages are encoded with a unique reference number, so if you feel that you
may have missed a page or wish to have one or more re-transmitted, you may call
the operator dispatch 800# and ask the operator to send whichever messages since
a given reference number (generally of your last page). This service is unlimited,
ie, there is no per use charge to use the operator dispatch feature.
Price: $12 per month, plus the rate of any current
Interpage rateplan. This plan is available to existing operator dispatch customers
only; no new activations.
Operator Dispatch with your own Operator Service
Provider or Dispatch Service: If you currently have an operator
dispatch service and would like to receive your messages at one or more e-mail
accounts, alpha pagers, alpha-capable cellphones, GSM mobiles, or notification
to your numeric pager, or if your voicemail system provides outside notification
of new messages, Interpage can integrate your existing Operator Dispatch/Voicemail
Notification with our services, your e-mail accounts and messaging devices.
You may configure which e-mail addresses and/or messaging devices receive your
Operator Dispatch messages and/or Voicemail notification based on a daily schedule,
Subject of the message, or day of the week. This service also allows for the
large-scale integration/interconnection of multiple e-mail addresses and messaging
devices to a single Operator Dispatch/Voicemail Notification system with an
administrative Web interface using the WebAlert
Service.

Personal Dispatch/Voicemail: Callers
call a unique and personal 800/888/877/866
Toll-Free access number, and are greeted either with a generic greeting stating
your number, or you may customize the greeting and change it at will. Callers
may leave a message, which, after the caller hangs up, will then appear on your
pager(s), e-mail, and/or fax. You may configure who and what receives operator
pages based on a series of screens and schedules. 10,000 received messages are
included per month. You may call into your Toll-Free number and listen to the
full voicemail messages at any time, and change your greeting as often as you
wish, at no per-use charge.
Price: $34.95 per month, plus the rate of any current Interpage rateplan.
