If you are a web developer or have a web site which needs to send content to smart/cellphones, pagers, fax machines, e-mail addresses or voicemail/telephones via text-to-speech, Interpage's WebAlert system can function as a completely configurable gateway between your web site or online content database and your customers/clients. WebAlert is easy to use and does not require any special programming or scripting work of any kind!

WebAlert works by allowing you to create a unique URL on Interpage's server can be directly linked to from your Web page. When a customer clicks on a "Fax Me", "Page Me", or general "Contact Me" icon from your Web page, your Web server connects to a specific link on Interpage's server which allows the visitor to enter a message which will then be paged, faxed, e-mailed, or relayed via text to speech synthesis to any number of destinations based on that customer's preferences.

WebAlert features a fully configurable administrative menu allowing you to create, modify, and delete individual URLs for each of your customer's contact preferences.

WebAlert also serves in ancillary support functions, such as a touch tone to e-mail messaging system, ideal for customer response, voicemail and legacy notification systems, and paging applications.

As with all WebAlert services, customer accounts are easily created and modified via direct password-protected, secure/SSL Web-based access, allowing all all of your authorized employees to handle accounts and respond to customer modification requests, even those who work at home or in the field via PCs, laptops, PDAs or other mobile devices.

WebAlert offers local access numbers in most USA cities/markets, and can generally offer a port local to a given customer's premises to provide for toll-free connectivity to the WebAlert service.

WebAlert Account Monthly Pricing, Basic WebAlert E-Mail, Fax and Paging

Note: All accounts sold in Blocks of 250 accounts; these do not include the basic monthly fee of $250 for the service and access costs (incoming lines, etc.)


Base rate: $250 per month, plus accounts in blocks of 250:

1      to 500   accounts: $1 per    account
501  to 1000  accounts: $.75 per account from 501  to 1000
1001 to 2000 accounts: $.60 per account from 1001 to 2000
2001 to 3000 accounts: $.50 per account from 2001 to 3000
3001 to 4000 accounts: $.40 per account from 3001 to 4000
4001 to 5000 accounts: $.30 per account from 4001 to 5000
5001 to 9999 accounts: $.20 per account from 5000 to 9999
10000 accounts:           $.10 per account from 10,001 on

Note: Per page and per fax rates are posted on our Paging and Voicemail Notification and Faxing Web pages. Volume paging/voicemail notification and faxing plans are also available; please inquire for details.

Local Access Number Option:
Depending on a given WebAlert service configuration, cities outside of Interpage's primary server calling area(s) can be served by local telephone numbers at a cost of $79 per month per line, with a $50 one-time activation fee. Most US markets are available; please inquire for details.

Local Server Options:
WebAlert can procure a local POP/server in many major US markets with local calling at the itemized line/cost structure, above (prior to the Local Access Number Option). Customers with more than 5 access lines generally benefit more from this option than the Local Access Number option. Customers may elect to utilize a server in the market which benefits them the most, opt to obtain multiple accounts each in a different market, and/or utilize the Local Access Number Option in conjunction with the Local Service Option to maximize monthly service and toll/local calling charges.
