Welcome to Interpage's Paging Services Menu!

Interpage's personal paging and pager, cellphone, and SMS mobile messaging services will free you from constantly having to check your email for new messages, as well as allow you to control when, from whom, and on what device people may message you, without ever having to disclose your pager/cellphone number!

Interpage's enterprise mobile messaging gateway allows for large-scale integration between web sites and servers to pagers, cellphones, SMS mobiles, scripted dial pagers, and even voice messaging.

Interpage's personal/individual gateway service for Pager and Cellphone owners allows customers have some or all of their e-mail and Web-based messages sent instantly to their mobile devices, without having to change pager service and/or e-mail/ISP providers, and without having to divulge to anyone their pager's or mobile phone's telephone number or e-mail address! Interpage's robust and flexible paging and messaging gateway can additionally dispatch to PIN-type paging systems, numeric voicemail notification on cellphones without having to ring the given mobile, or other non-standard, dialable paging systems.

Enterprise/Commercial users, ISP's, Webmasters, and other Web and E-Mail oriented service providers may use our fully automated Paging Gateway to send multiple pages via one singular account to as many alpha and numeric-only pagers, alpha-capable cellphones, and GSM Mobile Phones as needed (faxes may be sent as well, please inquire for details).

Interpage's OutPage Gateway service can also be configured to navigate voicemail or paging "trees", IVR, or "PIN"-based systems to notifiy non-traditional messaging devices or those which frequently cause problems for non-scriptable paging systems. Moreover, Interpage's OutPage service can also dispatch to Voice / Voicemail Pagers or contact mobiles and POTS lines with synthesized speech when paging coverage is unavailable or unreliable via the E-Mail to Voice / Text-to-Speech OutVoice(sm) service.

Details on our Outpage protocol and how to configure your server to use Interpage as a singular gateway for all of your site's paging notification needs can be found at www.interpage.net/mailedit-usage. URL-based submission is also available via WebAlert; please inquire for details.

Additionally, even if your paging service provider offers a form of e-mail gatewaying service, Interpage's E-Mail Paging gateway offers a degree of control, flexibility and information not found with any paging service provider and carrier including automated retrieval from your current e-mail address so you don't need to give out a new paging e-mail address -- making an Interpage account a valuable and indispensable tool in managing your electronic messaging content.

Other specialized services include DirectPage(sm) Service -- our single number to multiple pager, e-mail and fax service, our operator dispatch/unlimited voicemail option, as well as standalone self-dispatch (modem)/TAP and/or Touch Tone/DTMF to e-mail, cellphone, SMS, fax and voice messaging gateways and other access methods to enable specialized applications to move content and messages to pagers and other messaging devices.

Other Features

Besides instant e-mail notification, Interpage can also dispatch weather, news, horoscopes, sports, stock portfolio, and individual stock quotes to alpha or numeric pagers, customizable by the account holder. (Numeric pager owners can receive a coded page to identify the sender of e-mail messages, and coded pages for stock and weather reports.)

Limits in the form of "screens" and "restrictions" may be placed on both alpha and numeric paging, to reduce the number of pages you receive or the times at which you receive them.

Additionally, Interpage's Paging Services operate in conjunction with InterTalk, our E-Mail to Speech service (see "InterTalk" overview under the main page), to notify you of new mail which you may listen to over the phone. You may also use InterTalk to have weather forecasts and stock quotes automatically added to your pager as you travel from city to city, without ever having to log on!

Unlilke many paging services, Interpage does not require that you use your assigned userid@interpage.net address; we can retrieve new e-mail from most POP Mail or other similar systems (Eudora, Netscape Mail, etc.) and automatically put the e-mail on your pager(s) while at the same time retaining a copy on your local e-mail system. Alternately, you may have your current e-mail provider automatically forward your e-mail to your assigned Interpage userid for paging.

Most Interpage paging customers also receive free e-mail forwarding, which allows them to use their userid@interpage.net address as their primary address, and forward e-mail, pages, and faxes from their interpage.net address automatically. Thus, customers may opt to divulge their Interpage userid and have e-mail messages, pages, and faxes all eminate from their Interpage address for complete control over the dispersal of their e-mail, paging and fax messaging needs.

Pages may also be dispatched directly from the WWW, freeing your console/PC from having to log off the "net" and loading paging software in order to send an alpha page.

TAP/IXO Self-Dispatch Port: Send TAP/IXO messages for distribution to email, pagers, cellphones, international mobile phones, and fax machines worldwide. Messages may also be dispatched to voicemail with text-to-speech using the OutVoice(sm) service.

Numeric/DTMF Self-Dispatch Port: Send Touch Tone/DTMF messages for distribution to e-mail, pagers, cellphones, international mobile phones, faxes and text to speech.

Unlimited Operator Dispatch
transcription service is also available, through which your pages will appear on your alpha pager, digital cellphone, and/or GSM SMS Mobile, and may also be sent as a fax, voicemail or e-mail as well.

DirectPage(sm)
allows you to have a single access number for all of your paging needs: You can have callers leave numeric, voicemail, and operator-transcribed voicemail messages via a single unified number, and be notified on one or more pagers, alpha-capable cellphones, GSM mobile phones, e-mail addresses or even fax machines when a numeric page, voicemail, or operator message is left for you. You can control how or when you are notified so you can consolidate all of your pagers, mobile phones, etc. under one unified number, which can then serve to send notification to the pagers/phones/e-mail addresses or fax machines which you choose. You can even add an optional fax mailbox to your DirectPage number for even greater functionality! For more information on the DirectPage service, please click here.

OutVoice: Use Interpage's email to voice and text-to-speech service to "fill in" holes in your paging, messaging, or escalation hierarchy. OutVoice can work in conjunction with the Interpage Paging Gateway as a means to notify by voice or WAV sound files and confirm receipt of messages via Touch Tone (DTMF) and email. If paging/cellular service is weak, a given carrier's messaging is slow or temporarily inoperative, or some other factor prevents the reception of alpha/numeric messages, OutVoice may be used as a supplemental notification methodology to call a cellphone or regular (POTS) line and disseminate messaging content verbally.

All paging service customers receive access to our unique WWW Configuration Utility, which allows for changes to be made to paging, faxing, e-mail forwarding, and other settings, directly from the WWW or via a text-only telnet interface. POP Mail is also available for customers who would like to read their e-mail directly from Interpage or wish to use Interpage as a "backup" e-mail server.
